These Terms sit alongside our Shopify-hosted Terms of Service (including terms that apply when you purchase products). If there is a conflict, the Shopify Terms of Service will apply to purchasing and checkout processes, and these Terms will apply to general use of the Website and our Content.

Kind By Amber (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this Website. The online store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce services.

“Kind By Amber” and “Kind Drop” are brand identifiers used by us. You must not use our brand identifiers in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or approval without written permission.

• share direct links to our pages, provided you do not misrepresent us or present links in a misleading or harmful context.

• impersonate Kind By Amber or misrepresent your relationship with us;
• publish, distribute, or promote misleading, altered, or false content presented as originating from us (including fake announcements, fake discounts, fake product claims, counterfeit listings, or edited screenshots intended to mislead customers);
• use our Content or branding in a deceptive, defamatory, harmful, or confusing way.

We may take action where we believe there has been misuse, including requesting takedowns, restricting access to the Website, and/or pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.
